Solution: design and send an HTML e-newsletter packed with new products, press releases about new shops, and team updates. Outcome: web traffic shot up, the Animal brand was reinforced, strategic news delivered, new shops publicised, and visitor activity then used to segment the database for future e-newsletter content targeting using TMB's e-metrics system.
